Wild weather fells another historic icon

STRONG wind gusts, combined with rotting posts, caused the Kadina Showgrounds entrance to fall over last Thursday, October 20.

The entrance, located on the corner of Agery and Mines Roads, Kadina, includes 107-year-old heritage gates.

Wind gusts were measured at 70km/h in Kadina at 8.30pm.
