Boaties still motoring to Yorke Peninsula

BOATIES have continued visiting Yorke Peninsula despite concerns about tighter fishing limits impacting tourism.

Latest figures from local boat ramps indicate user numbers have remained steady since the stricter size, bag and boat limits were introduced at the start of summer.

Yorke Peninsula Council has increased its boat ramp permit takings this summer compared with the previous year.
