Road upgrades about to start

THE state government’s $40million local roadworks project starts at the end of this month.

The Upper Yorke Peninsula Regional Road Network Upgrade was announced last year and includes the controversial roundabout at Federation Corner.

Downer EDI has been awarded the contract for all roadworks, and will start with a section of the Kadina to Moonta road from the intersection of Rendell and Wearn Streets in Kadina.
