Easter sea rescues

LOCAL sea rescue volunteers were kept busy with hundreds of boats on the water during Easter.

“It was probably the busiest Easter we’ve had for a few years,” South Australian Sea Rescue Copper Coast flotilla leader Steve Bartlett said.

“During the four-day period we had eight incidents, two per day, off Wallaroo and Port Hughes and we hit the water for six of them.
