SA Country Labor conference in Wallaroo

SOUTH Australian Country Labor held its biannual conference at the Wallaroo Sailing Club last weekend, May 28-29.

More than 50 people attended the conference, which involved discussions about the importance of strong local leadership in the state’s regions, the environment and climate change, and regional job opportunities.

Guest speaker Ian Hunter MLC spoke about SA embracing renewable energy options and the positives of exporting clean energy.
