Cougars clubroom windows shattered
Central Yorke Cougars Football and Netball Club members have been left picking up the pieces after a 27-year-old man smashed almost every window of the clubrooms at about 1.30pm on Monday, January 22.
The man caused an estimated $38,000 in damage to the clubrooms, which were only built three years ago, when he used rocks and large steel ashtrays to break the windows one by one.
It is believed the offender is a past Cougars player, but president Dean Bruce does not consider the incident was directed at the club.
