Carricowie Poll Merino Stud, run by Bronte, Lee, Robin and Judith Blyth, was established in 1984 with mated ewes from Orrie Cowie, Warooka.

The Blyths have since gained a reputation for producing massive fast-growing genetics without compromising cut.

“We use an extensive artificial insemination program every year to achieve our objectives, which are to breed big-framed, heavy wool cutting sheep with bright, white wool – a dual purpose animal in every sense,” Bronte said.
