Applications open for on-farm demo

APPLICATIONS are open for livestock producers demonstrating the business value of new technologies.

Meat and Livestock Australia’s Producer Demonstration Sites program will provide up to $25,000 a year for three years for up to 10 beef, five sheep and two goat projects to begin this year.

“The key outcome of a PDS is a producer adoption of the demonstrated innovation and management practices to achieve improved profitability and productivity,” MLA general manager producer consultation and adoption Michael Crowley said.
