Practice responsible grain storage

AUSTRALIAN grain growers are urged to use only registered treatments in on-farm storages and adhere to label directions and rates, to ensure the protection of Australia’s reputation of high quality, clean grain.

This is the advice of the Grains Research Develop­ment Corporation.

The GRDC has said grain hygiene and structural treatments are the first line of defence against insect pests, but product choice is critical.
