Copper Coast Highway a risky road

THE RAA’s Risky Roads campaign has identified the Copper Coast Highway as one of the 10 riskiest roads in the state.

RAA senior manager of road safety Charles Mountain said the highway, between Kadina and Port Wakefield, received 27 nominations to place it sixth on the list.

“Respondents most commonly highlighted the road’s poor surface, including pot holes and crumbling road edges,” Mr Mountain said.
