Safe Roads at Pt Julia

THE first part of a Safe Road Program being developed for Port Julia has been completed.

Works included a pedestrian crossing from the cliff-top stairs leading to the jetty via the heritage-listed Red Shed.

This section of the program, which has been developed by the Port Julia Progress Association, also involved constructing a footpath/walking trail from the settlement’s bush campground in Reichenbach Memorial Park to the jetty.
