AN 82-year-old man from Queensland has lost his licence for a year after he drove into a police car whilst intoxicated.

Other motorists had reported the man’s erratic driving to police on UHF Channel 40, describing a car towing a trailer southbound on the Augusta Highway, Snowtown, at about 11pm on Friday, November 10.
