Wateroo’s temporary fix

A SERIES of pontoons will be installed within the next two weeks to create a usable, safe swimming space in Wallaroo.

Sea-Slip crews have begun work on the temporary Wateroo facility, which they hope to complete before December 14.

“We’ll float in the sections that don’t need modifications and will remove it at the end of February,” general manager Lyn Brighton said.
