Gayle’s Law passes state parliament

SINGLE-NURSE postings in remote areas will now be abolished under changes brought in through Gayle’s Law.

Callouts will also require two health practitioners according to the legislation which passed state parliament last week.

Gayle’s Law is named for former Stansbury nurse Gayle Wood­­ford, who was murdered while working at Fregon in March last year.
