DCBW Australia Day winners announced

DISTRICT Council of Barunga West has announced its 2018 Australia Day award winners.

Cheryl Richardson has been named Port Broughton District Citizen of the Year for her dedication to the community, particularly with the Broughton Rainbow Quilters, Barunga Village and the Port Broughton Progress Association.

Brenton Price is the Bute District Citizen of the Year for his involvement with the Thomas Plains Tennis and Bute Golf Clubs, both of which he is a life member, as well as other community groups.
