Driving safer school zone traffic

AN initiative to create safer roadways around the Doswell Terrace education precinct, Kadina, is progressing well.

The collaboration between Kadina Preschool Centre, Kadina Memorial School, Harvest Christian College and Copper Coast Council was awarded $68,700 through the state government’s Residents Win program.

Crews working on the Kadina town centre redevelopment used their five week break from the CBD to upgrade the roads, footpaths and kerbing along Doswell Terrace, funded by another state government grant tying in the first stage of education precinct works.
