Bailey McNicholl was diagnosed with severe-to-profound hearing loss at 2, but has never let that stop him achieving his goals, and is proving it through his love of basketball.
Born completely deaf in the left ear, it was not until Bailey turned 7 he received a cochlear implant to assist his hearing. It was around that time he started playing basketball, and he hasn’t looked back.
Early this year, Bailey was part of the winning Yorke Valley Basketball Association team in the state country carnival.
