The business, founded by Miriam Errington in 2019, has a strong focus on outstanding customer service.

“It doesn’t matter how busy we are, if we have our clients’ forwarding address, we will always send a handwritten a note to them once a file has settled,” staff member Jennifer Hortin said.

“It’s the small things like that that make someone remember you.”

Jennifer joined the team in 2021 and credits Miriam for inspiring her to complete her Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing.

“I actually started working with Miriam back in 2018, when we both worked for a different company,” Jennifer said.

“Miriam started her own business, and when I decided I needed a change in 2021, she offered me a job. 

“At that time it was just her, but I had absolute faith in Miriam and her business and I didn’t think twice about it. 

“Having a supportive boss who encourages me, takes the time to mentor me, who is patient with me and motivates me to work harder is the biggest factor in my success.

“Women should always encourage other women, regardless of what area of work it is, whether it be learning a new skill, working towards a new goal, or furthering their education.

“It’s no secret that women are more often than not, at a disadvantage in the workplace, so I think it’s important we build each other up. 

“I absolutely love my job and I’m so glad I made the big move in 2021. 

“Sometimes doing the thing that scares us the most is the best thing we can do for ourselves. 

“I used to hate going in to work every day, but now I get to work with some of the best people in real estate and conveyancing, and it makes all the difference.”
