THE #MyLifeChoices Regional Disability, Ageing and Lifestyle Expo is coming back to Kadina on Thursday, August 3.

To be held at the Copper Coast Sport and Leisure Centre, Kadina, the event is the only one in regional South Australia dedicated to supporting the ageing and disabled community.

The expo is organised by the Catalyst Foundation in partnership with Community Care and Transport, Legatus Group and Copper Coast Council.

It offers a convenient and accessible venue for people to connect with services and information providers to source lifestyle solutions.

“It will bring local service providers and businesses together with the community to provide information and support for those navigating the aged and disability sectors,” Catalyst Foundation CEO Rosetta Rose said.

“Often you find people who live in a town and do not know what services or groups are around to help them.

“That’s where we come in.

“By bringing them all together, we’re helping people find the information they need and engage with services or providers.

“It’s creating an opportunity for people to network as well... and to have a fun day out!”
