MOONTA-based Country Living Homes won three prestigious awards at the recent South Australian Housing Industry Awards night, held to recognise excellence in the construction industry.
Managing director Mark Ravenscroft said the company was humbled to be recognised alongside the best of the best.
“Reflecting on our journey, it’s hard to believe how far Country Living Homes has come in nearly 19 years of operation,” he said.
“Starting as a small team, we’ve grown into a family of 25 dedicated staff members, supported by a reliable network of hundreds of tradespeople who share our passion for excellence.”
Country Living Homes was awarded:
*Project Home of the Year — which will represent SA at the national HIA Awards next year.
“Winning this award back-to-back is a testament to our commitment to delivering exceptional homes,” Mr Ravenscroft said.
*Professional Medium Builder of the Year — this achievement, which recognises builders with an annual turnover of between $10 million and $75m, has also earned Country Living Homes a spot in the national awards to compete against Australia’s finest builders.
“This prestigious title reflects our unwavering dedication to quality and professionalism and is a major milestone for our company,” Mr Ravenscroft said.
*Modular and Prefabricated Housing — the company won this award for the fourth consecutive year.
“This reaffirms our leadership in this innovative field,” Mr Ravenscroft said.
Mr Ravenscroft said he couldn’t be prouder of the entire team at Country Living Homes.
“These awards aren’t just about the homes we build; they’re a reflection of the people behind the scenes who make it all happen,” he said.
“From sales to administration, construction, and maintenance, every member of our team plays a vital role.
“A special thanks also to our trades, whose reliability and commitment are the backbone of our success.”
Mr Ravenscroft said competing in the HIA National Awards, to be held in Melbourne in May, would not only recognise Country Living Homes’ past achievements but also motivate the team to push boundaries and aim higher.
“Competing on the national stage next year will be an exciting challenge, and we’re eager to showcase the best of SA craftsmanship to Australia,” he said.
“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our clients, whose trust inspires us to create award-winning homes year after year.”
