DAMAGE at Cape Elizabeth was the single biggest driving force behind a proposed coastal access strategy for Yorke Peninsula, Northern and Yorke Landscape Board general manager Tony Fox says.

Mr Fox was present at Yorke Peninsula Council’s monthly meeting on February
