FIRST National Real Estate Copper Coast has been recognised among South Australia and the Northern Territory’s top-performing agencies at the 2024 First National state awards, held at the National Wine Centre of Australia, Adelaide, on Friday night, February 28.

Director Megan Hill, who purchased the business in 2022 after serving as a sales officer and property manager, was named fifth in the Top 10 Salespeople of the Year and received the prestigious Platinum Award.

“Our team’s hard work, dedication, and passion for real estate have been recognised at the First National Real Estate annual awards,” Megan said.

“Our office ranked fifth in the Top 10 Sales Offices of the Year, a testament to our team’s commitment to excellence.”

First National Copper Coast sales agent Seah Williams was also honoured, receiving a gold award for her outstanding efforts in sales.

“The property management team achieved remarkable success, securing the highest gain in properties under management and placing ninth in the Top 10 Property Management Offices,” Megan said.

“And a special recognition, the Pillar Award, was presented to Deb Copley, general manager of property management, acknowledging her dedication and invaluable contribution to the team.”

First National Real Estate SA/NT chair Sylvia Presepio praised the winners.

“Tonight, we celebrate those whose innovation, commitment and outstanding service have raised the bar in real estate,” she said.

“Our winners represent the very best of South Australian and Northern Territory talent.”

Megan extended her gratitude to the Copper Coast community and loyal clients.
