Next Generation Ford Rangers have arrived at Rosewarne’s Kadina, and are quickly driving out the doors again.

Rosewarne’s Kadina director/dealer principal Tom Rosewarne said the reimagined, redesigned and re-engineered Ranger went on sale earlier this year.

“We have now started delivering the pre ordered vehicles to the patient customers,” Tom said.

“Due to global constraints such as Covid lockdowns, chip shortages and freight hold ups, we have been selling vehicles we didn’t physically have and now have an order bank for vehicles.”

The Ranger is the smartest, most versatile and capable it has ever been.

“Ford held more than 5000 interviews and worked with hundreds of pick-up owners, in dozens of workshops across the globe to find out how owners used their trucks, what they liked, what they wished it had and what experiences mattered the most to them,” Tom said.

“This customer-centric approach helped Ford design and engineer solutions with the next-generation Ranger customers wanted and would appreciate.

“With a rugged new Built Ford Tough look, and a host of new features that boost productivity, capability and versatility, the next-generation Ranger is designed to go more places, work harder and offer more comfort and refinement than ever before.

“This work Ford has put into this model is absolutely amazing, making it the class leader and envy of its competitors.

“Just around the corner we will also have Next Gen Raptor, Next Gen Everest and also the F150 which will sure be a head turner.”

Jamestown’s Ed Morgan picked up the first New Generation Ranger from Rosewarne’s just over a month ago.

“I was after something with a V6 engine and dual cab, and I’m very happy with it,” Ed said.

“Everyone at Rosewarne’s was great too, they’re all really good guys.

“The Ranger basically drives itself — there’s so much technology and equipment you don’t really expect.

“It can park itself, there’s a huge entertainment screen for anything you need, the cruise control is responsive and the automatic features are excellent.

“I’m really happy with vehicle.”
