DON’T spend all your money on tools or equipment you might only need a couple of times — hire it from YP Hire and Muddy Lane Trading Post at Moonta.

Many locals know Jason and Kylie Edwards from local shed-building business YP Erect. The couple has now also opened YP Hire and Muddy Lane Trading Post, the only tool and equipment hire business on the Copper Coast.

The business is set to save locals money and time, since they will no longer have to travel to Gawler or Adelaide to hire what they need.

“We offer equipment for hire, ranging from scissor lifts and cherry pickers to hand tools,” Jason and Kylie said.

“We also have farm fodder pet foods. “If we don’t have it, we are open for suggestions, and will try to get in what you need as soon as possible.

“We offer friendly customer service and clean premises.”

Jason and Kylie look forward to growing YP Hire and Muddy Lane Trading Post, and expect to have more products arriving all the time. They are also going to supply farm fencing materials and other items, to offer farmers more than just quality fodder.

“We are very passionate about making this work,” Jason and Kylie said.

“We have taken on a big venture here with the three businesses.

“Jason would also be known for shed building in the Copper Coast with YP Erect, and Kylie’s customer service skills coming from working at Port Hughes General Store for the past 10 years.

“We are all about helping and servicing and giving back to the local community, businesses and trades with sponsorships as best we can.”

YP Hire and Muddy Lane Trading Post is located at 41 Muddy Lane, North Moonta, and open 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, plus 8am to 11.30am Saturdays.
