SOUTH Australian households could save up to $450 on the purchase of eligible whitegoods through a state government initiative.
The Retailer Energy Productivity Scheme is designed to provide incentives for households and businesses to save energy.
On every energy bill you pay, there is a small REPS levy applied. This entitles you to thousands of dollars’ worth of discounted energy-saving appliances and services through accredited REPS providers.
MAC Trade Services is the largest energy services provider in the scheme and has provided upgrades to more than 5000 properties each year.
“Claiming your REPS rebate is a breeze,” a MAC Trade Services spokesperson said.
“Confirm the rebate details and eligibility on the MAC Trade Services website.
“Fill out the application form and provide proof of purchase and address verification.
“The appliance must be installed in South Australia.
“Once your application has been verified and approved, you will receive your cashback within 60 days.”
MAC Trade Services is SA owned and operated, and provides a wide range of energy saving appliances and services, including hot water systems, air conditioners, appliance rebates, refrigeration upgrades, solar and battery systems and electric vehicle charging stations.
“We provide flexible finance options through green lending partners to help you start saving energy today without the burden of an upfront cost,” the spokesperson said.
“Save on your energy bills, upgrade your appliances, and make a positive impact on the environment with MAC Trade Services.
“Let us help you save more, so you can invest in what truly matters.”
