YOU can buy or hire almost everything you need to live an independent life at My Support Loop in Wallaroo.

The staff at My Support Loop draw on their experience working with disabled clients and carers to ensure their customers have access to the right equipment and supplies for their needs.

My Support Loop director and behaviour support coordinator Rachael Haynes emphasised the organisation could support everyone in the community, as well as NDIS clients.

The range at My Support Loop includes continence aids, adaptive clothing, assistive technology and mobility supports, everyday and essential supports, and lifestyle and leisure equipment.

The shop also stocks a range of small equipment that can help people in all areas of the house and outdoors, including tipping kettles, roller knives, pill poppers, key turners, continence aids, personal protective wearables, mobility scooters and wheelchair accessories, along with walker accessories. 

Equipment such as wheelchairs, chairs, walkers, beds and more can be hired from My Support Loop, with some items available for daily hire.

Miss Haynes said My Support Loop had expanded into retail after two years of market research to ensure they could offer the right products for regional communities. 

“We want to give our clients, carers and the general public more options to benefit them in the capacity they need,” she said. 

“From the most impeccable adaptive clothing range by Christina Stephens, to waterproof linen, wheelchairs, walkers, sock and shoe helpers, exercise gadgets and even on-the-go carers packs — we saw a need in the community and wanted to bridge the gap locally.

“If we don’t have it, let us know and we will source it for you.”
