MY Support Loop is celebrating their fourth birthday with a bang. 

The registered NDIS provider across the Yorke Peninsula, Mid-North, and regional South Australia is expanding into retail to offer much-needed products to clients, carers and the public — Continence Aids, Adaptive Clothing and Assistive Technology, Mobility Supports, Every day and Essential Supports, Lifestyle and Leisure Equipment and Support Coordination. Equipment can be arranged for hire, such as wheelchairs, chairs, walkers, beds and more. 

Director and Behaviour Support Coordinator Rachael Haynes said My Support Loop supported children, young people and adults who live and work in our communities living with disability.

“We put our regional communities first, with a person-centred approach, working together as one to meet our vision of unity, giving you choice and control over your NDIS plan,” she said. 

“We believe you should have the highest quality support and maintain your choice and control over what supports help you best.”

Miss Haynes said it had taken them close to two years of market research to make sure they had the right products for regional communities, from Adaptive Clothing to Continence and Mobility Aids.

“We want to give our clients, carers and the general public more options to benefit them in the capacity they need,” she said. 

“From the most impeccable adaptive clothing range by Christina Stephens, to waterproof linen, wheelchairs, walkers, sock and shoe helpers, exercise gadgets and even on-the-go carers packs — we saw a need in the community and wanted to bridge the gap locally.” 

Located at Shop 11/2 Owen Terrace, Wallaroo, in the Drakes Shopping Complex, My Support Loop opened in 2020 and currently has a small team of professional and dedicated staff who have been with the company for a long time, and are on the lookout for more dedicated staff to join the team.
